Terry
is the President of the Plus Factor, a company focused on helping
organizations and people turn goals into gold. His mission is to make a
difference, working with professionals who want to make a difference,
doing something that makes a difference.
Among his many speaking
engagements, he has been honored to share the podium with executives of
NASA Space Center, Exxon, and Eastman Chemical. He has thirty years of
business experience in Sales and Marketing in both the United States and
in Europe, and he is a proven facilitator in business.
Terry is
an award-winning speaker, a Distinguished Toastmaster, and President of
the Conquerors Toastmaster Club in Union, NJ. He grew up in England,
served in the British Merchant Navy, traveling the world, and immigrated
to the USA. He entered the Food Industry, successfully marketing a wide
range of products throughout the USA.
The Plus Factor conducts workshops on personal growth, business strategies, and also provides executive coaching.
